• Financial requirement
• Preferred structure of investment or financing
• Description of business
• Description of products and services
• Brief history of company
• Current financial statements
• Profit and Loss Statement
• 3-5 years of financial projects with assumptions
• Business strategy
• Full resumes and background of key executives and management
• Current market/competition
• Complete contact information should include email, phone number, business address, and website if available

Please include all of the above in a .txt, .rft, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and/or Adobe PDF document format for evaluation. Submission in any other format may delay our evaluation of your plan.
